The Planning department handles building and developing compliance. It also maintains the city's master and comprehensive plans. All applications for building permits and land-use process through the planning department. These applications ensure the safety of current and future occupants.

We're happy to answer any of your permit, building, or structural questions. The City of Willamina contracts with a City Planners and Engineers to ensure that all our structures built or remodeled in City limits are in compliance with City and State codes.
