How do I dispute a citation?

Attend court, held at City Hall once per month. You should receive communications regarding your court date via mail. If you have questions contact the Court Clerk at (503) 876-2242.

How do I pay my utility bill?

You can pay your bill online, mail or in person at City Hall on 411 NE C Street. We accept cash, check, money order, or credit card.
