Failure to raise an issue during the comment period, or failure to provide sufficient specificity to afford the decision-makers an opportunity to respond to the issue, precludes future appeals to the City Council and Land Use Board of Appeals. All application materials are available for inspection at City Hall. A staff report related to this application will be available seven days prior to the meeting.
