Municipal Court

The City of Willamina Municipal Court processes traffic, ordinance violations, and certain misdemeanors occurring within the city limits. It’s our goal to provide a just, fair and efficient service to our community through many options. The City has jurisdiction over all city ordinances and traffic violations within the city limits.

Municipal Court staff can answer questions about violations, fine amounts, and other administrative matters. We cannot give legal advice. Contact an attorney if you need legal advice.

The City of Willamina provides fair and accessible justice services that will protect the rights of individuals, educate the community, preserve the community, and keep the public’s confidence.

Court is held the Third Wednesdsay of the month at 3:30 PM at the Willamina City Hall Conference room located at 411 NE C St.

COURT ROOM CODE OF CONDUCT

• No gum chewing
• No food and drinks
• No weapons
• No half shirts
• No talking during court
• No bare feet
• No inappropriate clothing
• No hats, caps, or sunglass – head covering unless for religious or medical purposes
• All cell phones, pagers, other electronic devices must be turned off during court
